My Client-First Philosophy

Real estate servicing has changed through the years.  There have been periods of time where servicing buyers was a more prevalent focus, then sellers.  We are now at a stage where strong experience skills in both are necessary. 

Education has been a strong base for my career in real estate.  With a degree in English, minor in math and continuing education with courses in computers, marketing and advertising, my background has been groomed for the current real estate market.

My real estate experience began with several years working for a title and closing department.  Then in 1999, with much encouragement from fellow realtors, I added to my education and completed my real estate courses.  Starting with Coldwell Banker, garnering several awards for productivity, in 2007, I made the transition to ReMax United.

I continue to seek ways to be of greater assistance to buyers, acquiring my Accredited Buyers Recognition (ABR), Graduate Realtor's Institute (GRI), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).  In today's market, also gathering knowledge of short sales vs foreclosures, how to assist seller's facing hard decisions....and how to be of assistance to buyer's hoping to make wise and informed decisions is a priority for which I have been continuously learning, so that I can be your realtor of choice.T

 

That said, in my experience as a  Washington County real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
